Developing the Young Workforce brings together employers, education and young people to ensure that the young people have the relevant skills and experience to meet the needs of the local jobs market. Skills gaps in the hospitality industry need to be filled and the regional DYW group are committed to encouraging more of the area’s young people to choose this career path.

Come along to this free event which is open to any local hospitality business, and hear best practice case studies from businesses, schools and apprentices which will demonstrate the benefits of engaging in activity with schools and colleges to ensure you have a pipeline of talent for the future.
